个人简历

曹利奥，物理学博士，讲师。2024年12月毕业于比利时根特大学固态科学系，获博士学位。2021年12月至2022年12月，在上海海思技术有限公司从事集成电路先进工艺研发工作。主要研究方向包括原子层沉积技术、先进互连技术等。
