个人简历

陈义川，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向半导体材料与器件、微纳器件工作机制及制造、新型光伏器件等。主持国家自然科学基金1项，江西省自然科学基金2项，市厅级项目4项。在Advanced Functional Materials，ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces，Journal of Energy Chemistry，Advanced Energy Materials，Materials Research Bulletin，RSC Advances，材料工程等国内外高水平期刊，发表论文30余篇。
