陈义川,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向半导体材料与器件微纳器件工作机制及制造、新型光伏器件等。主持国家自然科学基金1项,江西省自然科学基金2项,市厅级项目4Advanced Functional MaterialsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesJournal of Energy ChemistryAdvanced Energy MaterialsMaterials Research BulletinRSC Advances,材料工程等国内外高水平期刊发表论文30篇。
